Abilities at Bat
The Abilities at Bat event at the Great American Ball Park highlights and celebrates people of all abilities in our community while building awareness of disability services. This day is for you! With fun promotional items, pregame ceremonies, on-field parade, select seating, shoutouts on the scoreboard, and a special ceremonial pitch, it should be a game to remember as we take over the ballpark.

The first 750 people to purchase Abilities at Bat tickets receive a commemorative 2025 Abilities at Bat Tumbler. The item can be claimed in the First Star Fan Zone.

Stepping Into Awareness
Join us to learn more about the important work needed in the Cerebral Palsy and Sickle Cell communities while cutting a rug for a cause!

We'll begin with a community event from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., featuring vendors, games, music, and more! Afterwards, we'll begin our Step-A-Thon immediately following at 4:00 p.m., which will be led by the one and only Dominique.

Please note that the Step-A-Thon is only for our steppers who know the steps, but ALL are welcome to participate. Participants will receive a number, and those who have been dancing nonstop (or who know every line dance) will be entered into a drawing! The winner will be announced at the end of the event.

Giving Tuesday 12/3/2024

Respite care is vital for families caring for loved ones with complex needs, such as those affected by cerebral palsy. This temporary relief offers caregivers the chance to rest, recharge, and focus on their own well-being, ultimately helping them maintain the strength and patience required for long-term care.

Their Voice of Greater Cincinnati is asking for your support this Giving Tuesday to help us continue the important work of cerebral palsy awareness! Our mission is focused on working to empower families affected by cerebral palsy while providing resources and support to the caregivers/parents.
The agency provides education, support, and resources for families affected by cerebral palsy and other intellectual and physical extra needs. We have been able to provide over 5000 hours of respite hours for over 10 families. For families, respite is more than just a break- it is an opportunity to prevent burnout, reduce stress, and improve the quality of life for both the caregivers and those they care for.
With your donation, we can not only maintain the support we've been able to give, but we'll also be able to expand! Your contribution can make a transformative difference, providing the support and relief that families so greatly need. Join us in empowering caregivers to continue their vital role with strength and resilience.
