About Us -
A Mission Born from Love and Loss
Our founder, Tammy Floyd-Westmoreland, knows the depths of loss and the power of purpose firsthand. In 2011, she faced an unimaginable tragedy -the loss of her beloved son, D'Jonte, who also had cerebral palsy. Grief left her adrift, questioning how she could move forward without her firstborn.

But just 11 months later, life gave her a new chapter: the birth of her daughter. In that moment, she found a spark of hope, a realization that even in the shadow of loss, life still held meaning. As time passed, that spark grew into a mission—one that would give voice to the countless families navigating the same loneliness and lack of support she once faced.
Tammy’s journey of healing led her to help others through her cosmetics business, Qute Cosmetics LLC, but she knew she was called to do even more. In 2018, she founded Their Voice of Greater Cincinnati, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families in need.
Since then, the organization has touched lives across the globe, providing:
-
Diapers, baby wipes, and essential care items for struggling families
-
Vans and financial assistance to those with medical expenses
-
Over 3,200 hours of respite care to caregivers in need of relief
-
More than $150,000 in funding to continue uplifting communities
Through awareness events, virtual support groups, and ongoing outreach, we are breaking the cycle of isolation and ensuring that no family walks this journey alone.

Tammy’s story proves that from grief can come greatness, from pain can come purpose, and from loss can come a love that echoes far beyond one life. Together, we can be the voice for those who need it most.
