About Us -
Mission and History
Their Voice of Greater Cincinnati, Inc is a non-profit 501c3 organization.
Their voice was founded in 2017 and launched in 2018.
Tammy Floyd- Westmoreland, the President started this organization because of the love and passion she has for her late son D'Jonté Malik who was diagnosed at birth with cerebral palsy. Cerebral palsy, a congenital disorder that affects muscle tone, movement and posture. Cerebral palsy is caused by abnormal brain development, often before birth. Studies show that about 764,000 children and adults currently have cerebral palsy. About 500,000 children under the age of 18 and about two to three children out of every 1,000 have cerebral palsy. Currently about 8,000 babies and infants are diagnosed with cerebral palsy each year.

Our mission is focused on working to empower families affected by cerebral palsy, while providing resources and support to the caregivers/parents. The agency provides education, support, and resources for families affected by cerebral palsy and other intellectual and physical extra needs. Tammy understands the stress and hardships that comes along with caring for a child with special or "extra" needs. So, she is making it her life's mission to help as many families as possible because she knows and understands from her own personal experience what it is like not having support or the proper resources.

With the assistance of our core Directors, volunteers and the help from you, the team knows that we can succeed in being the voices for many families.
